I understand and agree that the $200.00 appointment deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances once paid — including cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, change of plans, or not being present for my appointment (no-show). I understand this deposit reserves Susan's time and travel for my appointment — scheduling and fitting work delivered whether or not I purchase a saddle — and that the full $200.00 is credited toward my fitting or saddle order when I proceed.
